We run women only group fitness sessions, online, on-demand and in person in Wimbledon and Winchester and between us have over 20 years of coaching experience.

We are focused around helping women reach their fitness and well-being potential and are passionate about motivating and inspiring women. We aim to make it enjoyable and encourage sustainable habits for life.

We are confident that with us supporting and motivating you to keep you on track, you will achieve your fitness goals, enjoy renewed confidence and stay strong, both mentally and physically.

We believe that exercise shouldn’t just be about how it makes you look but also how it makes you feel. And, we would like to help you understand how the mind and body work together.

Our aim is to help you see what you are capable of regardless of your shape, size or age. We are all athletes (even if at times we don’t feel it) and are stronger together.

WINCHESTER

Winchester Fitstate is run by Zoe & Emma, you’ll find the girls in the North Walls Rec near the car park and behind the Tennis Courts.

WIMBLEDON

Wimbledon Fitstate established in 2012 and the classes are run by Viki in South Park Gardens & Haydens Road Recreation Ground.

MOVEMENT

Think of movement as medicine. As we know exercise boosts the mood, improves energy, memory and sleep.

Being physically active helps weight management and can also help to reduce the risk of disease, helps build muscle mass and improve bone density.

NUTRITION

Optimum nutrition is about nourishing your body with a healthy, balanced combination of foods and drinks.

There are many techniques used over time and different things work for different people. We at FitState believe it’s important to have a 360 approach.

We are passionate about the effect the power of movement has on the mind, alongside nutrition and meditation.
